          Project Coordinator

          Key Responsibilities :

          Strategic & Management Skills

          • Assist the General Manager in formulating corporate development strategies and annual business plans.
          • Participate in budget preparation and execution tracking.
          • Possess holistic vision and strategic insight to provide valuable decision making advice.

          Industry Expertise

          • In-depth understanding of chemical industry trends, market dynamics, and technological developments.
          • Familiar with production processes and applications of chemical products (e.g., polyurethane, silicone).
          • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable development requirements for chemical enterprises.

          Operational Coordination

          • Coordinate work among production, sales, and R&D departments to ensure operational efficiency.
          • Follow up on plant improvement activities to enhance production performance.
          • Handle emergencies with crisis management capabilities.

          Communication & Business Skills

          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese / English and Thai.
          • Strong business negotiation and public relations abilities.
          • Capable of representing the General Manager in external relations and key client(receptions).

          Administrative & Execution Skills

          • Outstanding document drafting, meeting minutes, and report writing skills.
          • Proficient in Office software and ERP systems.
          • Efficiently arrange the General Manager’s schedule and handle daily administrative tasks.

          • High loyalty to the company and leadership, strictly maintaining business confidentiality.
          • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand high work pressure.
          • Meticulous and rigorous work style with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

          Prioritize conditions

          • Experience in listed chemical companies or multinational corporations.
          • Possession of project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
          • Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and chemical industry certifications.
          • Technical background or R&D management experience is preferred.
          • Cross-cultural work experience and international perspective.

           

          Qualifications :

          Educational Background

          • Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in chemical engineering, business administration, or related fields.
          • Candidates with training in finance, HR, or business management are preferred.

          Work Experience

          • Minimum 3 years of experience in the chemical industry.
          • Prior experience in large-scale renowned chemical enterprises  is preferred.
          • Familiar with chemical production processes, safety regulations, and industry.

          Age Requirement

          • Preferably between 25-30 years old, with a mature and professional image.
